In theory that seems a decent side...
But:
Adingra is much better on the left hand side.
Hinshelwood is completely untried (apart from Villa away) in midfield. He would be better utilised in your side at RB.
Nothing against Gross as AM - but in truth, RDZ has rarely played him there.

We need a team that can defend - Veltman is an essential part of that.

Hinsh did ok at right back seeing he’s virtually never played there in his career……..I’d be happy to put a bit of cash on him doing ok in midfield when the opportunity for a run in the team arises.

I don't disagree.
But as an "our best 11" I wouldn't put too much on him being our best option right now.
