Naive, if United had sacked Ten Haag in January and come in for RDZ as an immediate replacement I am pretty sure he would have gone. Why have a release clause if you can’t go if something better turns up?
As would RDZ have done if any of Liverpool, United or any other top team have wanted him badly enough, maybe even Chelsea too.
There is only one person RDZ genuinely loves imo
Comfortable with a Middle East state owning us?
I do think quite a few fans would go full on towels on the head joy, a la Newcastle, if it did happen though
Every United fan I spoke to at the semi final would have preferred a Qatar takeover to Ratcliffe, which shocked me
Whose fault was it that we didn’t go on an FA Cup run this season? It wasn’t someone who decided it would be a good idea to have a strop around then was it?
We may take one or two steps back next season but imo TB did exactly the right thing. You cannot have a manager who thinks he is more...
No, it would have been a disaster to let him carry on berating his paymaster in the Media whilst moaning and taking his eye off the ball in the PL. This would all have started again next season if RDZ didn’t wake up happy every day
