I think it would go down to how it was rounded up or down rather than goal difference. If Brugge and Union are tied I think Union pip them. So still all to play for.

The first tie break for teams level at the end of he playoffs is removal of rounds up points. The second is regular season finishing position, goal difference doesn’t come into it.

If USG and Club Bruges finish level on points then USG will be champions as Bruges have half a point added to their total at the start of the playoffs (when regular season points are halved).

Need Union to beat Genk and Club Brugge to lose (at home in their shared ground) to Cercle Brugge...anything else happens Union can't do it...
