I disagree. My physio actually recommended I use one.
It shouldn't replace stretching but it's good to use alongside a stretching routine.
Spending a fortune on a Theragun is a gimmick. The cheap versions are just as good.

It's been great. I was using it after every run when I was marathon training and it definitely helps with muscle aches. Especially for my calves and quads, which get ridiculously tight.
Tech companies adding AI to EVERYTHING. I think AI is a very powerful tool, especially for things like scientific research. I don't need it on WhatsApp or GMail though.
Really enjoying this series. I would order them:
1. Mulberry Close - The characters were built up really well and it was a great ending.

Yes. They are so stupid. Every time I'm back in the UK it takes me a while to remember where I'm supposed to look for the crossing light. Even when there are two, they're often both blocked because someone is standing right next to you. GET RID.
